Helping Hands Home Care And Cleaning LLC was founded in 2024 by Michael and Marie Thero — a couple driven by a deep passion for giving elderly individuals a sense of purpose and dignity in their later years.
After witnessing firsthand the challenges that families face when a loved one needs consistent, reliable care at home, Michael and Marie set out to build something better: a service rooted in genuine relationships, not just transactions.
Today, Helping Hands serves families across Michigan with five distinct in-home services — all delivered by caregivers who are background-checked, trained, and genuinely invested in the people they serve.
